A chill and secret rooftop that you felt like you were transported to Australia! Suit it up with a bee suit and eat for an exciting Rooftop Farm Experience!

Duration: 40 min - Farm-to-table Tastings - Enjoy a honey- tasting session and sample different kinds of unifloral honey and learn different ways to describe them. You will also get to explore the farm at sunset and pick your flowers, leaves or fruits of exotic to make your very own garden infusion drink

Park in the open carpark across the building. Cross the road and turn right when you see 7-eleven. The Sundowner is located on the rooftop.
Enter this gate behind 7-eleven.
Climb up this narrow stair to level 3. Wear comfortable and covered shoes. If you are bringing little ones, you can use a carrier. There is no lift.
Walk across this little pond to get to the patio.

The Rooftop Farm Experience includes Organic Gardening Class, Bee encounter, Honey tasting and garden cocktails for 2 hours.
Bee encounter: Bee suits are available for 3 years old and above.
For kids below 3years old, you can DIY! Bring a head gear, over-sized jacket to cover the hands, long pants with covered shoes.
Get up close with the bees and take a photo for memory.
Learn all about bees. Inspect different species of bees' hives. Observe them at work harvesting flowers from the garden around. Learn about the 'hive mind' and different roles of worker bees
If you are lucky, you will be able to see the Queen bee and drone (male bee).
Get up close with stingless bees.
Organic Farming Class
Have fun touching and observe the earthworms.
You will get to taste organic fruits and leaves from the garden. We tried mulberry and rosella.
Farm-to-table tastings: Sample different kinds of unifloral honey, and learn new vocabulary to describe them other than "sweet". You will walk way better appreciating their colour, aroma, clarity, texture, and taste.
Garden- infused drink: Whiskey for the adults and jasmine infused tea for the kids.
Forage around the farm at sunset for flowers, leaves, or fruits of exotics like rosemary and stevia
Put them into the drink.
End the evening chilling over your very own self-made garden infusion
There are plenty of seats around to rest and chill
Overall, it was a unique experience and we all left being more knowledgeable about bees, organic farming and expert in honey tasting. Bean there, done that!

Things to note
☂️ If it rains, session will be postponed to another mutually-agreed date session. Down payment is not refundable but transferable.
💉All guest must be fully vaccinated (except children under 12). For non-vaccinated guests, you can book a private session for $350 for 2 pax.
🧑🤝🧑All people on the rooftop must be paying pax due to Covid there is only a cap of 5 pax.
