There are 3 routes to get to the Singapore Quarry.
Nearest route to get to the Singapore Quarry is from Rail Mall. Park at the housing estate behind Rail Mall if possible.

Enter from Fuyong Interim Park.

There are limited parking space here so try your luck otherwise, you can park at the Rail Mall.

If you are parking at Rail Mall, walk from Springleaf Prata (it is located on the left as you enter the carpark) until the end of the shops where you will see a stairway to Fuyong Interim Park.

Follow the pathway and walk straight until you see a playground.

You will see a playground which is suitable for 2-12 years old.

Beside the playground, there is a fitness corner and a mini field. Walk across the field.

At the end of the mini field, turn right.

Walk across the wooden bridge and this will lead you to the Singapore Quarry. From this point, the Quarry is only 700m away, within easy reach for young kids.

The pavement is wide and flat which is stroller friendly and suitable for young children to run, cycle or scoot.

You will find these unique trees as you walk. These are common red stem fig.

The figs appear in dense clusters on the trunk and main branches.

Wear comfortable clothing, sport shoes. Bring along your water bottle and binocular to spot for any interesting nature animals.

The path is uneven as we are nearing the Singapore Quarry.

Just before you reach the Singapore Quarry, you can hear the sounds of water gushing. It's hidden behind the bush on the left.

Singapore Quarry - A disused quarry that was in operations till the late 1980s, it has been transformed into a beautiful wetland.

There is a shelter at the observation deck where you can take a break or do some stretching here. On the right, you can park your bicycle or scooter.

Singapore Quarry houses plenty of fish and water turtles which you can see swimming across the pools of water. The quarryโ€™s waters are filled with tilapia and koi. There is also a large catfish too.

Look closely, there are many spider webs around.

Amenities at carpark B include open, landscaped toilets, a pavilion with some benches for resting and a vending machine for cold drinks.

Formerly a cow shed, the Wallace Education Centre now houses an education gallery where visitors can learn about the biogeography and biodiversity of our region.

Visitors of all ages will enjoy learning about insects and other resident wildlife in Dairy Farm through the various interactive exhibits.

Highlights include exploring the natural world with magnifying glasses in the Citizen Science Lab, 3D models of biodiversity found in the area and a trick-eye wall. Themed exhibitions are also regularly held in the gallery.
