Mother’s Day around the corner 🙂

Sometimes, an amazing family day out is just sitting among loved ones – running about greenery, Beans in the sun, adults in the shade!

We looked back at some of our favourite picnic spots and bring them to you –

1. Jurong Lake: For you Westies, the Gardens is right beside Lakeside MRT and offers fun play zones for the Beans. Forest Ramble is a nature inspired playground with 13 different stations, Clusia Cove is a water playground connected to the eco-pond! After action-parked fun, head to the southern portion of the Gardens for a picnic amidst tranquility of nature. Find out more at: Jurong Lake Garden.

2. Seletar Aerospace Park: Up in the north, an exciting adventure beckons – a big aeroplane-themed playground for the Beans, beside different F&B options like Wildseed, Wheeler’s Estate, Summerhouse, and more! Picnic spots include our favourite overlook into Seletar Airspace. Head across the stroller-friendly boardwalk to the benches on the other side, and we can snack on sandwiches as we watch private jets take off and land! Find out more at: Seletar Aerospace Park

3. Botanic Gardens: Something more central perhaps? Botanic Gardens offer a similar mix of picnic-friendly green nature and kid fun zones. Tube slides, ropes, swings, hammocks, Como Adventure Grove playground offers a Tarzan experience for the Beans. Sitting in the Gallop Extension of Botanic Gardens, the family can head to the main part of the Gardens after the little Beans tire out for many picnic spots. Our favourite is the stretch with the swans, but there’s also the slopes that descend to the Shaw Foundation Symphony Stage that offer an open space for the Beans to run endlessly!
